Igloo Information

  • We are gone for spring but we will back November 1st.
  • Igloos are the round clear transparent domes you can see on our Instagram and videos. You can enjoy the spectacular view of the city from inside the igloos.
  • Igloos can accommodate up to 10 guests.
  • Igloos are heated but we recommend bringing warm clothes especially on freezing evenings.
  • You may also purchase food and drinks to enjoy while inside the igloo.
  • We ask that all guests who enter are 21 years old or older with a valid ID.
    Younger guests can be admitted with a parent except Friday and Saturday after 7pm.
  • Reservations are highly recommended. Please be there 15 minutes prior to your reservation.
  • Igloos are for 2.5 hour time slots.
  • Igloos are private and reserved for your group only.
  • Refund Policy:
    • There are NO REFUNDS for the igloos. Due to the seasonal nature of this amenity, please understand that we are unable to refund reservations for any reasons – including, but not limited to, COVID-19 test results, flight cancellations, accidents, etc.
    • You may reschedule your reservation until 48 hours prior your reservation start time. There will be no credit or rescheduling later than 48 hours.

Cabin Information

  • Cabins are available from November 1st to April 15th.
  • The cabin is a wooden A-frame structure as shown in the photo.
  • Cabins are heated but we recommend bringing warm clothes especially on freezing evenings.
  • Cabins can seat up to 6 guests at once.
  • Reservations are highly recommended. Please be there 15 minutes prior to your reservation.
  • Cabins are for 2.5 hour time slots.
  • Cabins are private and reserved for your group only.
  • You can eat and drink in the cabins.
  • Cabin availability for walk-ins is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Refund Policy:
    • There are NO REFUNDS for the cabins. Due to the seasonal nature of this amenity, please understand that we are unable to refund reservations for any reasons – including, but not limited to, COVID-19 test results, flight cancellations, accidents, etc.
